Subject: Pionner Lodge – New Dorm – Open for Booking! Early Bird Package- Book Quickly

We are pleased to announce that the Phase 2 of our  BRAND NEW DORM, the Pioneer Lodge (PL) located at 39A Soon Lee Road S(628089) is open for booking and estimated check in date is from 1 Dec 2025 onwards (subject to final governmental approvals).  We will inform you at least 2 weeks before actual check in date for you to check in your workers.

For now, you can place 1 month deposit to book and before check in to top up 1 more month deposit + 1 month advance.

You are encouraged to arrange for an appointment with us to come view the dorm before finalizing. Our next open house is next Thursday between 2pm to 4pm. Please reply to this email and we will allocate a time for you to view.

In the meantime some key features and promotional early bird offers are as follows:-

  1. 1 room 12 pax. And we allow 2 types of contract as follows:
  1. Price at $530/pax excluding utilities for 1 year contract- (no termination) and/or
  1. Price at $500/pax exclude uitlities for 1 year contract –  (flexi contract with 1 month notice to terminate).   
  1. Rental of electrical appliances is at $150/room/month. This include a new fridge and a new washer. Rental includes normal maintenance and replacement if needed. Rental of electrical appliances is mandatory.
  1. For booking in total that is less than 12 pax, it is considered loose beds sharing and it is allowed with price at $550/pax excluding utilities – 1 year contract (Fixed contract). Rental of electrical appliances is at $30/pax/month.
  1. The above packages are applicable to all new signings or additional signings only.
  1. 1 Block is 8 or 9 floors with 2 lifts serving the residents. Total 4 blocks available.
  1. Aircon rooms are also available. Just pay one off charge of $2600 for installation. No loose bed sharing is allowed for aircon rooms.
  1. Start date is from 1 Dec 25 onwards. 1 year contract. And we can accept advance booking for contract commencement from Dec 25 to Mar 26.
  1. Toliets and kitchen are inside the room.
  2. Food court and minimart are available.
  3. Beer Garden.
  4. Recreational courts and areas are available.
  5. Ideally located near Pioneer MRT Station and next to the Migrant Working Recreation Center.
  6. Season Parking is limited and at present fully allocated. Clients are advised to make own arrangement.
  7. For current booking, deposit is 2 months + 1 month advance
  8. For advance booking, pay 1 month deposit to book by this month and before check in date to pay 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance.
